About Us

Compulsive Creative is a website for (and designed by) those who can’t help but create!

We’re here to motivate, to educate and empower. To give inspiration to all those who feel the deep seated impulse to make something, anything. From the Crafty to the Geek culture, we’ll have something to feed your inspiration.

Want to see how others have created? Flip through our offerings, our articles and interviews with the very kinds of people you most need to hear from.

Leah Love is the intensely-private-stay-at-home type with a B.A. in illustration.

Instead of likening inspiration to lightening striking, she tends to see her artistic drive as if it were a case of chicken pox. Insistent, often annoying, and absolutely begging for a vigorously satisfying scratch. If inspiration is the itch, creation is the relieving oatmeal bath.

Jason Love is an animator, web designer, balloon twister, magician, writer, artist and educator.

Jason’s lives by the quote: “Jack of all trades, master of none; certainly better than a master of one”.  He has self-published comics, produced short films, owned a screen printing business, performed on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and more…

Love what you’re doing here Jason! I found your site through Fizzle!

  2. Jason Love says:

    Thanks, Rob.
It is still in its early stages, but I feel like this site is what I should have been doing years ago. I can fit any topic that interests me into here. Hopefully, other people will enjoy visiting the site as much as I enjoy working on it.

Hello, Jason! Been watching your scopes. 🙂 By the way, did you join Internet Business Mastery? Because they mentioned “Jason Love” in their webinar, and I wondered if it was you. 🙂

  4. Jason Love says:

    Hey, Carlo!
I am loving your periscope as well. I am on as both @jasonloveslife & as @comp_creative, so it is a bit confusing.

That is amazing they mentioned me! I have been a member for a long time. Do you know if there is a recording of the webinar?

Thanks for letting me know and hope things are going for well in the Philippines.

  5. Here here! (Or is it “Hear Hear!”?) I totally love that this exists. I feel like you are the doctor who has finally given a name to this wonderful malady I suffer (and benefit) from!*

Wow, that writing podcast is bad. It’s like you’re recording your slow path to divorce.

  8. Sorry you don’t like our “Knock-Down, Drag-Out Write” Podcast. I am not sure why you left the comment here, but thanks for checking it out.
